korean sweet chilli chicken balls
Ingredients:
- YO! Korean sweet chilli sauce
- Chicken mince
- Spring onion
- 3x garlic cloves
- Ginger - finely chopped
Method:
- Season the chicken mince with the garlic, ginger and spring onions
- Form the mixture into evenly sized balls
- Gently fry the balls in a pan until they're golden brown
- Squeeze some YO! Korean sweet chilli sauce to glaze the balls
- Serve with sticky rice!
