When can I earn stamps until?
You can earn stamps up until 1st October 2026. Then there will be no more earning of stamps available on our current rewards program.

You have until 31st December 2026 to redeem any rewards on your account.
Will my stamps expire?
Yes. You can earn stamps up until 1st October 2026. After this date, your stamps will expire and cannot be transferred.

Will my rewards transfer onto the new loyalty?
No. You must use any existing rewards on your account by 31st December 2026. It is not possible to transfer rewards.

Can I use more than 1 reward in a transaction?
No, you can only use 1 reward per transaction. You have until 31st December 2026 to redeem any existing rewards on your account.
Why is the loyalty program changing?

Will this impact YO! birthday discount?
No, loyalty changing will not impact your birthday discount as they are separate.
Will I need to make a new account?
No existing users won’t need to make a new account. We’ll be in touch closer to the time with details on how to access our new loyalty program and how new users can sign up.
Will my old YO! rewards account still work?
No. Your existing account will still work for our current loyalty program up until 31st December 2026. After this date, you will no longer be able to access your current YO! rewards account.

Can I redeem my reward in the kiosk/prepack?
No, rewards can only be redeemed in UK restaurants.
